At Ganderland Quality Labs and The Labrador and Labradoodle Lodge we want you to be 100% satisfied with your dog.  If you are ever unhappy with your Labrador or Labradoodle puppy please contact us right away.  We will help find a resolution.  Even if that means helping to find a new home for your dog. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes people can't keep their pet due to allergies, moving, new employment, etc.  Life happens and we will do our best to help no matter the situation.

Thank you for purchasing a Ganderland Quality Labrador puppy. We warranty the puppy/dog against genetic hip dysplasia for 24 months. If hip dysplasia is suspected, then an x-ray must be sent to OFA, Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, and found to have genetic hip dysplasia.

If the O.F.A. finds the dog to have "poor results" the following requirements must be fulfilled:

• A copy of their "poor results" report must be sent to Us via email.

• If owner chooses not to keep said dog, the dog must be returned to The Labrador Lodge with its' AKC paperwork, in exchange for a      replacement.


No dog will be warrantied unless it carries the BROCKER'S LABRADOR LODGE prefix in its registered name. Dogs are required to be AKC registered to validate the guarantee. We are not responsible for routine checkups and maintenance of your puppy. We are not responsible for parasites. Under no circumstances will The Labrador Lodge be responsible for any vet charges. At no time will cash be refunded. This warranty is void after 24 months of age. This warranty applies to original buyer only, and is non-transferable.
